Professional Bio

Ricky L. Nolen, Jr. is an associate attorney at Higgins, Hopkins, McLain & Roswell, LLC, a firm specializing in construction law and construction litigation throughout Colorado. Mr. Nolen received a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Arkansas and graduated, with honors, from the University of Arkansas School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Nolen contributed to appellate briefs for the 6th, 7th, and 8th federal circuit courts, and Mr. Nolen has attended the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA). Mr. Nolen’s legal practice has included a variety of construction claims as well as lien, lease, home sale, debtor/creditor, and consumer protection act matters. Mr. Nolen is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Arkansas.
