Professional Bio

Paul Bernstein is Special Counsel at Higgins, Hopkins, McLain, & Roswell, LLC and represents corporate and individual clients in construction law and other civil litigation matters.

Mr. Bernstein received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University, and his law degree from the University of Colorado Law School. Mr. Bernstein served as a judicial law clerk for the Colorado District Court’s 18th Judicial District after graduation from law school. Prior to joining HHMR, Mr. Bernstein practiced at a local firm specializing in construction and general liability insurance defense. Since his admission as a Colorado attorney in 2011, in addition to serving as a judicial law clerk, Mr. Bernstein has represented developers, contractors, and subcontractors in all types of construction-related disputes. Mr. Bernstein also has significant experience in professional liability matters for architects and engineers.
