Adam C. Hall is a Partner at Higgins, Hopkins, McLain & Roswell, LLC and focuses his practice on construction litigation and complex commercial disputes. With nearly two decades of litigation and trial experience, Adam handles matters involving alleged construction and design defects, breach of contract, warranty claims, negligence, fraud, and other business-related disputes. His broader litigation background includes products liability, personal injury and complex torts, real estate, energy and natural resources, financial institutions, securities, corporate disputes, and public and private utilities.

Adam brings a disciplined, practical approach to litigation.   • George A. Esch and Lynda A. Hamlet v. Turner & Company, Inc. and Chitwood Farms, LLC, et al.*; District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma; Case No. CJ-2019-2793
  • Represented real estate development entities in the defense of construction defect litigation where plaintiffs asserted claims against developers for general negligence, gross negligence, negligent design and construction, breach of contract, breach of implied warranty of workmanlike construction, and fraud.
  • As co-first chair trial counsel, obtained defense verdict in favor of both developer defendants on all claims asserted by plaintiffs thereby invoking prevailing party statute entitling developer defendants to an award of attorney’s fees and costs.
