Professional Bio
Jordan Fisher Kaplan is an associate at Higgins, Hopkins, McLain & Roswell, LLC. Mr. Kaplan received his undergraduate degree from UNC Chapel Hill, and his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. Mr. Kaplan has represented contractors and subcontractors in all types of construction-related disputes for over 10 years. Mr. Kaplan also has significant experience in labor and employment, maritime, and general litigation matters. Prior to beginning his practice of law, Mr. Kaplan performed genetics research in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Kaplan is licensed to practice in Colorado and Texas.
