Kyle Thompson is an associate at Higgins, Hopkins, McLain & Roswell, LLC, where he represents developers, builders, contractors, design professionals, and other businesses and individuals in construction litigation, real estate disputes, and other complex civil matters.  His practice encompasses all phases of litigation, from pre-suit evaluation and early case strategy through discovery, dispositive motions, mediation, and trial or arbitration.
