Professional Bio
Amanda R. Tynan is an associate at Higgins, Hopkins, McLain & Roswell, LLC, where she represents corporate and individual clients in complex civil litigation, with a focus on construction and real estate disputes. Her practice includes all phases of litigation, from pre-suit evaluation through trial.
Ms. Tynan earned her J.D. from Vermont Law and Graduate School, where she served as a staff editor of the Vermont Law Review, won the annual Note Competition, and was published in Volume 49. She was also a member of the Moot Court Advisory Board and recognized for excellence in oral advocacy. She holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Tynan completed several litigation-focused internships and clerkships. She is committed to delivering practical, strategic counsel and advocating for her clients at every stage of the dispute resolution process.
