When HHMR opened its doors in 2001, we made a deliberate decision to concentrate our practice in construction law and construction litigation.  We have sometimes described that strategy as being “an inch wide and a mile deep.”

Nearly 25 years later, that remains our model.

We believe clients get better results from lawyers who understand not only construction law, but the construction industry itself: how projects get designed and built, how claims develop, how parties allocate risk through contracts and insurance, how construction disputes unfold, and how legal strategy affects the businesses and insurers involved.
