Benjamin Volpe


Professional Bio

Benjamin Volpe is an associate attorney at Higgins, Hopkins, McLain & Roswell, LLC. Mr. Volpe received his undergraduate degree from Cedarville University, his graduate degree from George Washington University, and his law degree from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, graduating cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Volpe was both an editor and staff writer for the Catholic University Law Review. He also served clients as a student attorney in the Veterans Advocacy and Estate Planning Clinic and worked as a contract law clerk supporting the U.S. Department of Justice, Commercial Litigation Branch.

Prior to law school, Mr. Volpe worked as a federal contractor supporting the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. While attending graduate school and for some time after, he also served as a sworn university police officer at George Washington University.
