Professional Bio
Morgan L. Simpson is an Associate Attorney at Higgins, Hopkins, McLain, & Roswell, LLC who represents corporate and individual clients in construction law, real estate law, and other civil litigation matters.
Mr. Simpson graduated from University of Colorado, Boulder with a B.A in Biochemistry. He then graduated cum laude from Washburn University School of Law.
Mr. Simpson began his legal career as a research attorney for the Honorable Patrick D. McAnany of the Kansas Court of Appeals. Following his appellate experience, Mr. Simpson worked for several years in private litigation before joining HHMR in 2022. Mr. Simpson has been selected to Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for 2023.
