David B. Higgins - Of Counsel

Mr. Higgins is a foundling member and currently of Counsel to the firm. He limits his practice to complex civil litigation with an emphasis on construction litigation, insurance coverage litigation and ski area defense. He has tried cases in numerous state and federal courts and has handled appeals before the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Colorado Supreme Court and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also lectured on a variety of subjects, including trial tactics, construction law and practice, and ski area liability matters. He is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell.
