Mr. Mann is Special Counsel to the firm, and concentrates his practice in the areas of general liability, construction litigation, commercial litigation, and complex litigation in related areas of insurance law. Mr. Mann is designated AV by Martindale-Hubbell. He has handled cases involving complex construction issues, civil rights and employment claims, workers compensation defense, complex banking and commercial litigation, as well as the defense of catastrophic injury claims. He has taught for the Continuing Legal Education office of the Colorado Bar Association as well as for the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association. |
