Adria Robinson is an associate attorney at Higgins, Hopkins, McLain & Roswell, LLC. Adria graduated from Colorado State University, where she majored in English with a concentration in Languages. She received her JD from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2013. During law school, Adria earned the highest grades in her Legal Writing, Trial Advocacy, and Negotiations classes. She was a member of the NBLSA National Judicial Advocacy Team: Amicus Curaie Program and contributed to many amicus briefs, including one submitted, in collaboration with the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, for the equal opportunity U.S. Supreme Court case, Fisher v. University of Texas at Austin. She also practiced as a student attorney in the Samuelson-Glushko Technology Law and Policy Clinic traveling to Washington, D.C. to propose improvements to the wireless communication infrastructure. Adria completed both an internship and year-long fellowship with the Office of the Colorado Attorney General working in its Criminal Appellate and Consumer Protection sections. She successfully represented Colorado consumers in litigation involving deceptive trade practices, misrepresentation, intentional tort, and fraud disputes. Her practice focuses on defending construction defect and premises liability cases, as well as products liability and general civil litigation.
