Heather M. Anderson

Heather M. Anderson is an associate attorney with Higgins, Hopkins, McLain & Roswell, LLC, a firm which specializes in construction defect and general civil litigation throughout Colorado. Ms. Anderson received her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University and her law degree from the University of Denver College of Law. Additionally, Ms. Anderson obtained a Master of Laws in Environmental and Natural Resources from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She has a general civil litigation practice with an emphasis on the defense of complex construction defect lawsuits on behalf of developers and general contractors. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Anderson was an associate attorney with the Palumbo Bergstrom, LLP, where she represented builders, developers, and general contractors in various types of construction-related matters, including residential construction defect disputes. Currently among her clients are several of the state’s largest homebuilders, regional and custom builders, Fortune 500 companies, and numerous insurance carriers.
